GiaCare serves two types of customers, and both are equally valued.
On the one hand, we have driven healthcare professionals and job candidates who are interested in opportunities to work in federal hospitals and government facilities, as well as our current field staff. We call these professionals our GiaCare “caregivers” because their titles and job descriptions may vary, but they all work hard to provide excellent care to our partners’ clients.
On the other hand, we have government and public sector entities who are extending contract offers for recruiting, healthcare and information technology services, along with those whom we’ve already entered into contracts with. We specialize in government and commercial placements and have more than 20 years of experience serving large, demanding contracts for staffing, healthcare services, and IT services. Our government customer audience includes the:

GiaCare Field Staff
These are the highly skilled individuals employed by GiaCare to provide healthcare and related services to the government. They comprise all levels of healthcare professionals and embody the ethics and values that we prioritize here. Our mission to better the lives of patients and caregivers through high-quality healthcare and technology is upheld by each of these valued team members every day.
Prospective Healthcare Workers
In some cases, we actively seek out professionals who we feel would meet the needs of our government partners and fit in with their corporate culture. This is often the case when we follow up on referrals from our current field staff. In other cases, active and passive job seekers will come to us to take advantage of the job opportunities they find the most rewarding. In either case, our candidates are considered one of the most vital parts of the GiaCare machine.
Government and Commercial Customers
We have standing contracts with several US government and commercial entities, including COVID response staffing, occupational health therapist and assistant staffing, development and operation of an occupational health system for NASA LaRC, and case management for the Texas Army National Guard. We continue to submit proposals on prospective offers from state and local municipalities, military bodies, and others.
