Referral Bonus Program

To maintain our quality and dependability as a staffing service, we strive to fill every position with highly qualified and dedicated professionals who are aligned with our mission, vision, and values.

One of the most efficient methods we have of recruiting such talent is through our existing employees. We’ve designed the GiaCare Referral Bonus Program to incentivize our field and corporate staff to tell us about exceptional talents and offer some of our most enticing opportunities to former peers, supervisors, and acquaintances.

Eligibility Criteria for Referred Healthcare Professionals

Notification of Referral to GiaCare

To be eligible for a referral bonus, you must formally notify GiaCare that you are referring a candidate. You can inform us by sending us an email to [email protected] or by calling our recruitment team at 954-651-9022 and choosing option (1). You can also ask the referred candidate to identify you on their application, but you would be risking your referral bonus if they fail to do so. The best way to notify us of your referral is to fill out the Referral Bonus Program Form below.


For you to qualify for the Referral Bonus Program of a candidate, that candidate must successfully complete GiaCare’s credentialing process. This is how we’ll verify that the candidate qualifies for the appropriate Referral Bonus Level, outlined below.

Credentialing and Security Packets

Once the candidate has successfully completed our credentialing process, their credentialing and security packet must also be cleared and accepted by the MTF/client. If the candidate is not cleared by the client, you will not be eligible for the Referral Bonus Program for that candidate.

Continuing Education Reimbursement

Finally, the candidate you refer must complete 90 days of employment to qualify you for the Referral Bonus Program. All referral bonuses are paid out on the pay cycle following the referred candidates’ 90th day of work.
